can i know whats the penalty if got caught riding without renewing?

the owner of a vehicle is also liable to be prosecuted for the offence of keeping or using the vehicle without a valid road tax under Section 15 of the Road Traffic Act. The offence carries a maximum fine of $2,000 upon conviction in court.

riding without road tax is dangerous. better renew when it expires. had a friend who once got fined $700 because of that. if repeat offender then license revoke.

further more when u pass through singapore customs the officer will key in the bike nomber into the data base...

haha okok , cause actually wanna go jb but i havent renew my road tax yet cause need to go inspection. haha thanks for the info guys. if theres more please tell me cause sometimes tempting just feel like riding it.
