Hi, anyone using M1 bill rebate programme

The sum they give lesser and lesser. Last time the offer is $210 for 2 years, Now $150

 

I want to ask whether can get anything more attractive as i have been with M1 for like 8 years, good customer with no records :angel:

I too have been with m1 for like 5 - 6 years and i've nv received any rebates or vouchers from them too..

 

Shh.. but i'm porting to singtel after my contact ends may.

Been with M1 for over 7 years.

I do get the phone discount voucher everytime my contract comes to an end.

Only reason I stuck with them is that their phone prices are reasonable and that their coverage is excellent while the billing rate is ok.

Right now, I won't give up my M1 plan coz the plan I have doesn't exist anymore (Suntalk 500) which gets me 500 minutes for the price of the current 300 minutes plan. Plus I still retain the now defunct 1+1 Supplementary plan which I can still upgrade my handset with. Means I can get 2 phones on the renewal plan every 2 years.

 

Have tried SingTel for 2 years and my bills were astronomical for the same amount of usage. Wonder why.

Starhub bills are pretty cheap ( my wife is proof as she uses more airtime than me but gets like 1/3 of my monthly HP bill). I like the fact that being a Hub Club member, I can change phone yearly instead of every 2 years and I can still ask for the phone discount voucher.

try calling.. normally they will give at least a rebate.. problem now is that business is bad.. they wana retain at the same time save.. so probably they will give u something probably not very good.. but at least beta than nothing.. with new plan also will enjoy free unlimited calls 3 m1 numbers.. free idd 021 at only $5.35/month if got call overseas.. on top of that now got unlimited sms for students andd ns men who r below 26 years old.. coverage is oso ok.. not as good as singtel but beta than starhub.. with good customer service most of the time..

 

singtel's billing rates r super expensive becoz they do not charge per second billing but their coverage is the best amongst all 2 telco.. but i hate their customer service.. as good as none.. the sales staff always give attitude one..

 

starhub same billing rates as m1, also per second but dun have free unlimited calls or free idd.. coverage is the worst amongst the 3 telco..

call them and let them know of ur presence.. sometimes when u have so many customers its hard to keep track of all.. but just let u know if ur contract is less than 20 months.. can dun call liao.. coz vouchers are usually given to those with at least more than 20 months contract or contract over.. coz if less than that then no point giving ur the voucher since u need to top up 100 for 11 - 20 months contract or if less than 11 months cant even upgrade hp..

i called the customer service, the officer was really dumb. i was asking for more attractive rebates, then he said NO, only this one $150 over 2 years ONLY. stupid guy, dun get my hint. NEVRER MOND, i shoot feedback mail on the M1 web site, see whether they reply or not.

yeah. but the times i was with m1. it was a unpleasant one.

 

so .. still standing on a unbiased side, i'll go to whoever can offer me the best value for money. =)
