Need advice on hire purchase

Hello guys,

 

I went to a bike shop to send my bike for inspection before renewing my insurance and road tax. I was told by this bike shop they can renew my insurance and road tax for me for my convenience. When I told them my bike was still under hire purchase, they say no problem, sure can one.

 

So I paid for everything and already have my insurance and road tex settled.

 

I went home to check my hire purchase agreement and it was stated that I have to renew my insurance on the actual bike shop which I paid for my bike. If not my account will be cancelled.

 

Anyone experience this before and knows what happens if my account is cancelled? I plan to go to the actual bike shop today to see how I can resolve this issue.

 

Any advice is appreciated.
