Dunlop fr and rear typres, Gpr 70 $280(realised was quoted $30 extra when looked at the component list). 3 Btl of R4 engine oil $57. (Done at HKL)

Price include balancing for tyres , but when I looked at the weights attached, they were at the same position. Anyone knows how to check when riding if the tyres are balanced?

Actually asked for BT020, was told out of stock even at the warhouse by this mechanic, then he delegated the job to another mechanic and didn't really like his workmanship.

Wat's the size of tyres for Version S? Planning to put either GPR70 or Sportec ... intend for long tours, doesn't matter if compound can't last; important that it is grippy in wet.

dnt tink u can get sportec for ver S unless u wanna mess up ur bike's geometry.

Anyone knows where to get the screws for spec3 headlight? The ones that are used to secure the left and right side of the headlight to the bike and for adjusting the tilt angle one...

if u want tunning but without washing, it'll cost u $30 at K&T.

 

if u want wash & tune, i believe most shops r prety gd but u can try K&T, combine & racewreks. i'm not sure on how gd combine is but its been highly recommended by lots of pple, so cant go wrg, the rest of the 2 have been tried personally by me

Thanks for the feedback .... the BT090, how are they in cornering and wet grip? My first choice was the GPR70s, but this guy who goes track told me that the threads are not deep; so while the tyre will be good for track or road use, it would be useless on wet roads rather quickly.

 

I've used Sportec on a Monster400 before, rather like them.

Does anyone know how much a 'valve comp float' cost? It's the small 'rocket-looking' thing which makes up the parts of the carburretor. My mechanic told me I might consider changing those on my bike while washing and tuning the carbs as the present ones are wearing out and may cause overflow. Just wondering how much it would normally cost out there so as not to get cheated.

Bro are u referring to the black pc of things? its nozzle X 4 pcs rite? each is gonna cost $90
