Apologies for the late Reply and for the "temporary" disappearing act...hehe!

Problems with the crappy computer and the other excuses...and more excuses.

I'm glad that I met you, Yusri, in KL during the PSK Gathering.

Yes, 2006 has been a Great Year for Us All at Aj Scooters.

There's been the usual, Up's and Down's but Thank Our Lucky Stars, it was Mostly Up

Not easy huh???

Great Year with loads of Fun Rides, Partying, Excitement, sh*t-Stirring, Friend-Making, Back Stabbing and not forgetting the daily Drama-MaMa...Hahaha!

It would not be fun, running a scooter club without all these "spicy" ingredients.

"No Man is An Island, thats the reason for Aj Scooters success.

We all work hand in hand!

Learning and taking baby steps together, so as Not to fall Down Hard, when we do make mistakes.

Problems will always surface, along our journey, but thats part and parcel of it all.

But having friends, vespa lovers and supporters, like you, makes it all worthwhile.

To those with whom I've had the pleasure of meeting during our earlier rides, I'd like to personally say, "Thank You".

And to the future Aj members...I look forward to riding alongside you, towards our next destination.

Let us all ride and grow together.

The New Year is just around the bend and my resolution for the year 2007???

Ride further and make More Friends!!!

hey people, actually i have a PX150 which i bought from ah joo. i didn't quite realise that he had a club. but sadly i'm selling my bike soon.

but anyway, i saw the pics for the CNY visit to the old folk's home. Then at the end of the album, there's a very nice home. whose is it ah? (as in a person's home, not the old folk's home)

To be honest, no one would have asked, "who's house is that?" Hahaha...

That pic was taken at one of the "senior's" house after the CNY Charity Ride...

Better not to reveal, exactly who...Hehe!

Anyways, the year 2007 will be the 10th Anniversary for Aj's Chinese New Year CHARITY Ride.

We all hope to plan and work harder to raise more funds for the Aged & Needy this time around.

All Scooterists would be more then Welcomed to join us and help raise funds.

Whats the problem with that "old aunty" huh?

She keeps "blasting away" at Ah Joo as though, he turned her marriage proposal down...hahaha!

And most of the scooter riders believe it to be true ah.

She makes it so personal.

Bad for her business and her aged skin...kekeke.

Anyways Shane, tats Not Ah Joo's house...hehe.

wondering, what does general servicing at aj consist of?

n what's the price..

also, if i want to mod/add sccessories on my scoot, does aj provide the accessories or do i have to buy it myself and ask aj to install?

how much does total rewiring cost too?

The "old shrew" must be thinking, she is the only Vespa Parts Dealer in town...Hahaha!

Its a pity anyways, with such a "questionable" reputation in the market, she's still capable of stooping to such an undesireable level.

If only the "PEOPLE" that frequents her shop would make an effort to tell her to stop her Back-Stabbing tactics and move on.

They should also attempt to visit other Vespa Shops and make price and character(mechanics) checks.

This would ensure if theres any Truth to her claims and Fair-Play to be restored.

Alas, I guess, the TRUTH, would be more then a hard pill, to swallow.

Anyways, I'd love to hear and get views from other scooter riders, as well.

I'm sure we both, would not be the first nor the last to hear of her attempts to put other Vespa Shops or Vespa Mechanics/Owners Down..LoL!!!

She is after all, the self-proclaimed best Vespa Parts Dealer in town.

Hi Cephelix,

Great to hear of your on-going project with your "baby".

To honestly answer your questions...the boys(meaning us!) dont really get involve with Ah Joo's business and the pricing of his services etc etc.

We are only active on the club activities of Aj Scooters.

Its best that we, as individuals ask him.

And if need be, check with other shops and get direct quotes of the costs and workmanship involved.

But...what we do know is, HE is NOT perfect and on occasions, do make simple mistakes like every other mechanic in town.

We can only vouch for his mechanical skills, honesty, as well as his lousy sense of humour and his "crappy" customer service...Hahaha!

But then again, by now, you'd be able to judge for yourself.

As for Vespa accessories, he has just As Much of it(but hidden) as Most Vespa Shops locally.

Its just that, he does not have it on display like the others. (but that will change very soon!)

If you are looking for "mod" or vintage stuffs like crash bars, carriers, original seats, bitubo suspensions, continental tyres, glitters, badges, key-chains, fog lights, etc etc etc.

He has them all. All you need to do is ask him for the specific items and he'll take it out and show you.

And out of curiousity, is your "baby" in green now?

Whats the plate no?

Maybe, I'll personally speak to Ah Joo and have him work something out for you.
