hey guys..i need some help here...

...i've received a summon ticket for parking at pavement outside Ubi CDC.. whoever who has been there should know that the place has limited parking lot outside, thus riders tend to park on pavements surrounding the centre...

..i was having my 2a Tp test on 18 june thus when i reach there early morning, there were no more slots to park at the limited parking lot, thus parking at the pavement outside the centre ( there are already more than 10 bikes park at the area, and more on the other side of pavement, partly due to riders having TP test)...soon after the test,i went out to my bike to find there is a parking summon issued ( $ 70 !! ) from certis cisco, most of the bikes there were also summoned..

...however,i would like to appeal as there are limited slots and no where that i could park my bike..who do i write my appeal letter to? kindly need ur help here..

thanks alot!..

But can appeal. Just drop them an email. They will reply telling u that they will look into it and will get back to u. Wont wait as long as traffic offence.

For the format, u can check with the topic on how to write appeal letter.

cdc there.. famous 1.. not enough parking they will still come and summon.. llst.. that time i went for lessons there the instructors also warned us already.. he say alot of them also parked quite far away from the centre after getting summoned a few times..

IMHO write also no use, they will say if the parking is not available, you are to find alternatives yourself..

i think you appeal oso no use.. if that place usually people park there.. do you think only you want to appeal?.. no choice park somewhere else..

can't you park inside cdc itself though? The security once told me I could park inside if I was taking riding lessons. But I found parking space outside so I dint get a chance to take up his offer. Check with them, it may be possible.

i asked the instructors before.. the bike lots inside cdc is not even enough for the instructors.. quite a number of them also park outside..

So is the moral of the story, park bike at home and take public to test? Or come super duper early just to park bike?
