Help! Cashcard Error!

Hi all!

 

Somewhere in early June while i was riding through the ERP gantry on the ECP towards town my IU beeped and showed an "ERROR" message. When i reached work, i reinserted my card and it work fine. It showed that it didnt deduct any value from my card. I asked my colleagues and they asked me to wait for the letter.

 

However, till now, i have not received any letter. Is there anyway to check if i got saman? I scared kenna but never send to my house. Thanks guys!

Bro, i searched this already. I mean is there anyway to check if i really kenna summon? I just afraid they said i never pay then the amount go up some more. Thanks!

I kena before. Partly my fault as I installed a connector to the IU so I can take the IU off for the occassional off road jaunts. They did sent me letters and I had to go down to the inspection centres to replace the fuse or rewire the thing. I've checked with LTA and to "cover backside", take note the next time your IU don't work. Note the time and which gantry and call them up. They will be able to check and let you know of the problem and advice. I've been doing that until the beginning of this year where thank god, my IU didn't have the problem anymore.

Wah! I drive through ERP same thing again! Before i left my carpark, my card and IU no problem! Then when i drive through ERP, the red light just turned on, no display on the IU. The red light turned on for a long time! Then at work i repositioned it again, got error msg and card icon. Then put in again, no problem, i think no money deducted. I hope dont get summon again. Super irritating sia this ERP.

when it comes to collecting money, u can trust the garmen system. LTA wanna collect money from u, they wun send the letter to the wrong address one.

 

anyway, if there is anything, they will send u a letter telling u to have ur IU checked. to wat i know, IU's warranty shd b 5 years. normally they will check n waive off the 1st time. 2nd time, u need to pay liao. n if IU not under warranty n defective, it can b replaced for $152.

So same situation again right? Got letter, got problem. No letter no problem. I was lane splitting at 60km/h at the gantry. The IU is registered to my bike so they dont take picture also they know where i live. Thanks bro!

yup... got letter means they detect something. nothing, take it as nothing for now lor. unless u wanna call up LTA n ask. lane splitting? u shd trust the garmen in building this ERP. they nvr fail to suck money from our pockets!! n ur vehicle is registered to ur ID, anytime they can check where u live!
