if u're refering to 'all of my bikes', den i change oil ALMOST every month.

if it's onli 1 bike, den is either 5k or 3 mths, whichever falls 1st.

i like Motul oil, tat's Y i'd been using them for years.

in my very 1st post (here i go again...) i did mention wat i'd paid for is a reasonable price. i didn't mention tat HKL over-charge me.

u were so busy on the phone, i still can recall yr conversation on the phone, it's regarding the purchase of a street-legal exhaust pipe "i give u $1,500 but inspection u go yrself, tuning everything i do".

 

in here, we do know u have a big team under u.

& some-times, there're bound to be black sheeps somewhere.

i always give ppl two chances, if i were not to show my support to u.

i would not had go back for servicing after such incident happen to mi 6 mths back.

Why are you talking about people's beliefs as if you have the ultimatum? Be a man, admit your mistakes and face the scrutiny. It is obvious that people are not appeased. Chill guys, there's bound to be hiccups one way or another, for any bike shops you go to. It's good that a mistake is pointed out but do remember that Mr Ah Bee himself is the boss & he does take the effort to answer back the negativity based on this report. I mean, wouldn't other bosses like Ah Tiong, Patrick, Kenji or even John Mah have done the same thing? I've worked with various motorshops in the past few years & believe me, I've seen worse where things get so heated up, a fight is almost inevitable.

 

Just get it over guys... and have a happy new year. And oh, I've never purchased nor stepped inside HKL before but based on a boss taking charge of 2 or 3 branches with a handful of mechanics, I ought to really drop by one of them days.

We all know your are earning big buck...9k per day I need 4 months to earn it...But not to the point of telling the whole world about it...

It can show that either you dont need our money or simply the

support of bikers....

i do believe most would take the latter on your statement, so be humble. And dont Ah Beng here and there...Doesnt reflect good on yourself. It doesnt mean when people speak on that level you got to follow suit....So what makes you diff from him??Is all about professionalism and great customer service...Pricing wise is good to have but not a must...Cos I am sure most of us dont mind paying for great service...rather than save a few buck and go home with a moody day...
