i was also once booked for that...

 

didn't know the back p-plate drop off...

 

infront still had nice nice...

 

and that day i go jb do bike and then wash...

 

that guy actually stopped me for no head light and sharp turn...

he only booked me for the p-plate...

 

luckily i go appeal and then the fine waived off...

 

can always appeal if u are not in wrong...

 

any way to ts, it doesn't matter u riding then caught or stationary...

 

as long as is a offence they'll book u:(

a few times i was stopped by TP, only once i had experienced a very rude one... i kept silent n i went to MP to complain abt him, but, atleast better a friend of mine whos father got alot of money n for shopping he'll fly to KL by private craft, that fella engaged a lawyer... of course he won

 

but in the end, if ur in the wrong, say sorry, and admit its ur mistake... most 2B bikes confirm can be caught for ANY reason, unless buy new n stock

appealed thru mp and won the case...got 120 fine actually but i still appeal coz the tp was so unjustified...anyway have to say my luck also could have been revoke...my pplate clear juz nice when my case close...so thank god
