As mentioned, the Red Rev removed the speed limiter cut.

 

If your bike is capable of hitting speed more than 200km/hr, you will not be restricted by the speed cut.

Over reving of engine is not advisable as it could cause damages to the engine.

Den boss u got sell 2nd hand stainless steel header... Or u got take out the restrictor from the stock header... For better air flow
