GSX400RR Riders

Hello. My name is Dee and I'm actually from Okinawa, Japan. I ride a 1990 GSXR 400 (GK76A). Just a little help from any experienced guys on carbs here. My bike has been taking awhile to start up from cold for the past few weeks now and it would usually start after a few tries and a little shake (side to side). Finally, it won't start and i think i used up the battery this time. Any help/assistance would be appreciated. Thanks. Is it easy to open the carbs or does anyone have a step by step guide to do so? thanks again in advance

guys, i won't be in spore for a week. heading to batu ferringhi for 2 nights & langkawi for 2 nights with my SUZUKI, not my g4... but my SWIFT SPORT. HAHAHA... tonight i'll be driving up NS highway.. take care!

its an old bike so not all gets the same FC anymore. btw, you just passed your 2b in oct2010, why asking about this 2a bike?

Oh, just wan to know the FC differences between all 400cc sport bikes. Curious & for future purpose. Can give me an estimation on the FC? like 15km to 20 km/litre? etc

I was getting 200km before reserved on my ex g4 then. Quite a heavy drinker for mine.

So I guess it differs from bike to bike and riders style.

Can anyone recommend me a shop that handles GSXR 400 or repairs? I have a friend that just met with an accident ytd, (damn taxis :@)

Would appreciate any info. thanks. Extent of dmg from what i know is front fork and front fairing + headlight is gone case.

Can try planet or guan hoe. The latter would be more ex but more specialized.

halo, bro... real long time never see.

i will recommend guan hoe since he will be changing all those stuffs. unless he only wants to change used items but not recommended.

might be getting a GSXR400. any place where i can lower the suspension ??? i'm too short already =X specialised in GSXR400 maybe gonna do a service there too .

suspension too low might hit your mudguard when you pass high humps with pillion..

mine was like that. if your suspension is working, why not change with me?

okay i don mind changing. cause i just wanna lower it, too high for me , gotta tip toe . LOLS. but ur suspension is in good working condition ?
