Yes, GuanHoe charge $35 for wash and tune of carb.

 

But normally they will ask you to change your airfilter($50plus x 1) and NGK spark plugs (4pcs $48). As normally spark plugs will turn black or fouly. and airfilter will turn from white cotton to a bit grey or blur white.

 

I only agree to change the plugs as mine really foully liao....as for the airfilter, i ask the boss to blow for me.

Headless is rite.....when the boss blow my bike, the rear wheel spin a bit, then i ask him issit okie for this kind of fault....

 

he told me is okie on....somemore he will do a bit extra thing for you if he got spare time....he done quite a good job for me....

wow....paiseh, when you need my help???

 

maybe you can use my broken lever first loh...then ride to motordiam to do your bike...if possible, spot the faults before go down to motordiam. if there no need to do rite, then DIY ourself....

 

I will be going in JB around 5plus then will be back in Singapore around 9 to 10plus....call or sms to let me know loh...

Yup...tink it depends on how regular you are there..... if the boss knows you den doing things will be easier....

whether he does a gd job on tuning the bike i cannot say cos i haben try other places as yet.....oso got nobody recommend any other place gd for tuning our bikes.....

 

But so far satisfied with his level of service.

 

Tnt, so far i have oni tried FUCHS comp4, Esso 4t, Repsol 4t...going to try out the fuchs pro4 sometime later after i get my bike serviced.

So far, i feel that the Repsol 4t produced the best results.....like it quite alot.....can hear that the engine is smoother when riding.....the engine sound becomes barely hear compared to other oils....quite gd stuff. would recommend but the price is quite high....but if we but in larger quantities can get better price. u interested?

chutch skin ? Wads da problem wif ur bike ? same as mine ?

 

Btw hows engine oil R4 ?? my motordiam gave me $15 per bottle.. sparkplugs 4 x $10 for NGK CRK9EK ( smthing like this ) .

Nice riding with Icez and gf, Stan, Joe and Jean and the rest of SBF riders for the sepang trip! I was so stone the whole day! Sorri abt the miscom on the way back but ireally need a rest at pagoh cos i very concuss then! Hey whose the red VFR guy with the white aeroblade helmet. Saw him this morning on the road at Toa Payoh.

Yoz everyone...finali online...yesterday too tired.

Yah its really very fun...Although very tiring...but overall i give 5stars :thumb:

The trip is very successful...I make lots of frds especially tat red vfr 800..funny guy like me..lol.

We meet 5.15am at jurong point...im the onli one late :cheeky: then we reached GP esso.Together wif the rest of them...around 19 of us bah..we leave at 7am...reach sepang at around 11am...ridin in the speed of 120-200(hav breakfast halfway to sepang)those big cc biker very care for us...they guide us the way to there...when we reach there...wah...hav u ever saw more than 5000bike in a carpark?i stun...:giddy: about 2/5 of them from sg..got haya..harley,vintage bike like triumph,ducati etc....see untill my eye pop out,there are many store sellin jacket,helmet,bike etc...(ex*)the match is damn nice...those bike are damn fast...much diff seen on tv...from 125cc to 600cc.damn loud...machiam aeroplane sia...sound haben cum bike cum...lol.Rossi won the match...it prove tat he is win by skill...not the bike...after the match we when to makan at kfc...then bac to sg....there was no lamppost n it was veri dark..n tis was the 1st time i pillion ppl ridin the speed of 200 at nite..half way through we lost vincent...mr lost man...wait 10min for him at rd shoulder..cal him no ans...then saw him at GP esso ...pengz...when we reached sg custom...jam...:help: at 1st saw jackson n his frd inside car...after tat saw ken n his frd..they driving there.then finali reached sg at 11.30pm :sleep:

Well the radiator I brought back from Singapore turned out to be full of holes. Arse! But the sides are still good. So I'm thinking of going to a rad shop to remove the sides, fabricate a new copper core and re-attach the sides...

 

Adding to the injury, my fork legs have kicked the bucket and started leaking like a faucet. No easy fix, coz the culprit is the chrome that has rubbed off... so I need new legs.

 

Questions:

 

1) Anyplace I can get new forks? Jurong scrapyard can find or not?

 

2) Will RGV250 forks fit? Fully adjustable, better than the stock G4 items!

Nice seeing Joe at the petrol kiosk.

While queing on the 2nd link, saw Vincent/Ice in the queue as well.

Bike queue was damn long!

 

Quite surprised that taking the trip up/down in a car isn't as time consuming as I thought it was. best of all, relax relax and sleep all the way!

 

BTW, we were at the hotel where the GP riders stayed.

 

We saw Sete Gibernau and by the time we fumbled out the camera, he was inside and up in the lift.

 

Max Biaggi walked past us twice in the hotel lobby...

First time wasn't sure was it Biaggi, second time confirmed that it's Biaggi...

The third time, he never showed up.... when we were ready.... :cry:
