Easy, what... very little strength involved.

First stand on the sidestand side. Grab the opposite side of the tail, hoist the bike on the sidestand and hold the tank with your right hand to steady it, then pivot it around lah.

Very useful when you can't be bothered (or have no space) to shunt the bike forwards and backwards to turn it around.

For me lifting the bike isn't difficult actually. Its just technique involved.

I've seen a video where they teach pple how to lift bike. and the demonstrator was a small sized lady lifting a class 2 bike.....not the new 600cc sportsbikes mind you.

The technique is to use your legs to push the bike up rather den use your hands to try to pull.......

But somehow i can't seem to turn the bike 360...dun know the technique and dun dare to try..hehe
