how to I do about removing the bike header? Need to remove the radiator or not? I'm afraid I dun have the right tools to rescrew off the header also.

bike header? what you mean? issit the head fairing?

 

If the head fairing (SaiTao), no need to remove radiator.

Few of gixxers here been planning for a day of games and fun either at Sentosa (Singapore) or East Coast Park. As we normally came out at nite only....Now lets have fun in the day time and its heathly.

 

Its on SUNDAY (22/05/05) Public Holiday

 

For the location wise, all of us will vote for it. And for the confirm time and place to meet, I will let you guys know when the voting END on FRIDAY nite.

er i mean the exhaust! want to sand and spray high temp spray on it. The headers r so rusty until there's lots of crust!

Maybe need not to remove if the allowance is big enough.

7) 2 front pair and 1 rear pair of Daytona brake pad (new)

8) 5pcs of rear spocket to rear wheel rubber hubbing (new) 64651-32C00

9) 1pc Fuse Cover (used)

10) 1pc Windscreen Normal tinned black (new)

11) Suzuki gsx steering cone bearing (6305ZZE & 09265-25019) new from KS motors.
