The damage is quite bad for a knock over.

1) Clutch lever snapped

2) windcreen shattered

3) LHS rear view mirror snapped off at the stem

4) signal light broken

5) Front fairing stay bent

6) balancers damaged

7) Pretty bad scratches to the fairing.

 

Now, I may be able to find out what actualy happened shld I be able to locate another particular bike.

However, in the meantime..shld I go ahead with my own repairs? Will I still be able to claim from the third party if he/she is found?

u gt ani witness?still can ride?if so...try to buy mirror level which is important when ride.u dun wanna get summon rite...before tat take a photo 1st....then claim from tat axx hoxx.remember to collect the reciept.do u noe tat a old bike like g4 can claim up to thousands?can almost buy 2 g4....lolx

hi juz bought over a gsx4 from one of the bro......juz now reach home without any prob but after 10 min wanting to ride again, i started the bike & the iding rpm was at 3000 to 4000.

 

izzit becoz the bike was still warm? any senior here can advise?

Could any kind soul advise me on this?

 

I just changed my batt and spark plugs for my G4 cause it wouldn't start.

 

After I changed it, everything went well.

 

Now a few days later, I can't start it again.. And to push start a G4 is no joke.

 

Anyone here know how to rectify the problem??

 

There are no leaks from the bike whatsoever.

tracky: i understand your feeling, My bike was found sleeping in a very "beautiful" position when i went to the lot. Luckiyl I managed to wake her up from a horrific sleep! Juz made her cough a few black breathe out and there she IS! Only kena disfigured.. U interested in shopping around for parts tmr? ...going to get a new windscreen only...and see wat other accessories i can find at a good deal! and also lookput for carburettor parts

You might wanna describe how the bike wouldn't start. i.e. crank but cannot start, no crank, no lights etc....

 

Looks like there's lots of new dudes joining in liao.....

i tink it could be partly due to FN plate being abt 2-3yrs younger den FK plate...

so in the sense giving the idea that the parts are less worn and torn...so mabbe

the extra few hundreds dollars is to account for these and also, the bike can also

be used for an extra 3 yrs.

is there any light/power when u on ur bike?....ani clank clank sound when u press start? plz give a full details so tat we can help...it actualli eazi to push start when u noe the technic...juz push 3-5 step can liao.
