chk these..

1. when the tank is in place, any fuel leaking? fron the Fuel Cork (the one u turn main / reserve)

2. Does ur Fuel Cork turn properly? thats is it goes to 3, 6, 9 o'clock and no others, no 12 o'clock.

if symptoms 1, chk

A. When u take out the tank, does the fuel leak exactly thru the hose outlet?

B. Does the fuel leak from between the tank and the part where the Fuel Cork secures to the tank?

C. Does it leak from the tank it self?

If its A or 2, the fuel cork spoil. change for brand new $135

If its B, the sealant and gasket between the tank and Fuel Cork spoil, get a mech seal it back with new gasket and rubber sealant

If its C, ask the mech weld or solder the hole back, the tank has a hole due to rust and dirt..

Hope it helps...

One more thing, when u take out the tank, which position is ur Fuel Cork in? make sure its in main mode, then it will only draw fuel upon vacuum. In the other mode at 3 or 9 o'clock, cant be sure which one, it runs on non vacuum, basically u can put it there and treat it as a open tap!.. haha:cheeky:

Thanks Pierre, this is the SIGN.

Even when the knot is turned to reserve or on, it will still flow out like tap water. and the turning of the knot is as per usual, 3, 6, ,9 o clock. Other than that, there's no other leaking areas le. No carb overflow..etc, milage as per normal.

Will this be of any major issue?

Any idea wad fuse u guys using ? Manual said out 25A, 10A,10A,10A . But my 25A keep on melting...put 30A also melt. Wads worry ? Over charging or charging to da worry place ?

Today nearly accident.... duno why from ntu back to bedok.. keep on wan to sleep. Like i ate da medicine tat cause drosiness... nb keep on wan to close my eyes.. bei tahan.. then reach 1 point i nearly close my eyes liao then da plantom infront of me e brake.. then i kana become 100% awake liao. Haha he keep on staring at me. hahha.. Ride carefully guys.. think its da dirty thing.

Seems quite normal to me.. but it could jus be that the membrane in the Fuel cork has worn out, so it will flow irregardless of the vacuum.. To Rectify this, change Fuel Cork, but then again, if u want temp solution, when u take out the tank, make sure its not full to the brim, then, tilt the tank upright so that the tank stands like a rocket with the fuel opening and fuel cork at the highest pt..
