Cut open just to clear carbon? I nv hear b4, but 4 Stroke bike not much carbon wan. Unlike 2stroke. I check my tyre 3 times a week coz my tyre worn off liao then tat time da hole start to release some air... i pump 220 front n rear 240. I using BT 090.

 

Anyone here using GRP70 ? Dint noe this tyre is tat cheap.. haha..

Pierre-haiyoh..pierre...juz an example coz i too lazy n go browse..lolx...lets make it simple...spec1 open vtec earier den spec 2...u sure spec2 open 1st?spec2 gt higher FC due to other reason.blink* light on speedo is HISS system..its nt a alarm...it a security system to prevent bike stolen easily.disadvantage is...wif Hiss unable to install auto start*.

 

n yah..new version s4 is already release n seen on the road...still a spec3 wif head farring.

fuel booster can order from TnT ...den collect from him..or if u wan buy personally...quite a few shops selling..bukit merah HKL got...race werks also got..dunno still got where sell...Order with TnT will be slightly cheaper...

eh u mean cant open n ask mechanic clear 1 meh???? last time my mechanic told me clear the carbon in the exhaust abt 80dollar....

i used speed cos i cant give exact figure for RPM, but Spec 1 opens valve at the same RPM for every gear..

I asked my other mech b4 to cut and clear carbon, said cant be done.

 

My current mech said no need to cut nor burn. If burn the chrome will be lost, need to spend money chrome back.. And, like Shawn Said, We are 4 stroke.

Though we do not have much carbon as 2 stroke, we do have lotsa carbon. U must open throttle on highways, just drop 2-3 gears drag, best to drag full rev over more gears like gear 1-3 or 2-4.. suggest 2-3 cos gear 1 whack too hard might wheelie, dowan u into any trouble.. make sure its clear road. My exhaust is straight thru, but still got lotsa carbon, u cant imagine how much, i smoke out infront of u then u know le.. must clear once in a while.

 

Carbon builds up cos we seldom play high rev... so the push is to great enuf to exhaust the carbon. Therefore the carbon will have chace to reside in the exahust. Somemore the catalyst in the exhaust slows down every sh*t and its purpose to block CO2 and carbon...

 

The tyre pressure can be judged slightly by depressing the tyre with ur thumb and index finger at the rims.. if u know what i meant, harder it is then the closer u r to correct air pressure. if it gives way a little, its bad, go check the tyre pressure. If problem persist everyday, u have a leak. a puncture..

 

Tyre pressure chart is pasted on the rear mud guard between the main frame and the mud guard.

Solo F/R : 29 psi / 33 psi

Dual F/R : 29 psi / 36 psi

 

The abv id obtained from the Bike manual i have for Bandit.

 

I use 32 36 normally..the bike more nimble but dangerous in wet conditions. its personal preference. play around. dun increase too much, very little grip, tyre might burst too when hit with small stone or slightly sharp objects on the road. I will post the exact one again when i go confirm my bike..

That time i ask u get the GPR70 from my mech both front and rear u say exp, now u say cheap...???!!!!
