[Ride] 1 Day trip to Malacca on 26 August 09 (wed)

Hi all,

First and foremost, had copied and paste from Encik Pat thread(genting).

Do hope he is fine with that as I think his way of presenting very pro. covered most of the details required.

To all who are keen and think u might be keen to join.

Please note that this trip is mainly for e ride to Malacca as am not a season rider who always been there so bear w me, in the meantime let 'explore' this together. :bounce:

 

As mentioned, am not very good w my way there, so it will be mainly Free & Easy trip, we will walk around the malls when there.

 

Will sincerely appreciate any season rider to Malacca to join us if possible.

Date to meet : 26 Aug 09 Wed

Time to meet : 6.00 am

Place to meet : GP Esso

Distance to reach Malaccca: should be less than 300km.

 

From SG to Malacca

6.30am Move off from GP Esso to Pagoh R&R (154km) 8.00am

Pump petrol (Optional).

 

8.30-9.00am Reach Malacca exit, heading toward Malacca town.

 

At Malacca town

We will find a carpark for bikes.

Was there months back and park behind a mall(sorry do not rem the name of e mall :slurp:) Will need to pay like RM1 and there will be someone looking after the bikes for you.

However, for your personal safety of your own bike, please bring along any lock/chain.:D

 

All shopping or walking around will end at 3-4pm,

while we will be preparing to head back to SG.

 

Heading back to SG:

We will be heading back at around 3-4pm as it take 2-3 hours back.

Reach 2nd link at 6-7pm.

 

Condition To Joint : -

All Classes if can travel at 120km/hr (as below)

 

Riding speed: 120-140km/h (clear road)

 

PS: however if the traffic is crowd, will cruise at around 100km/hr. Please do not worry am not a speed freak, to me safety 1st that's why I will insisted to be back be sunset/night.

Indeed he is. But do not have a chance to tag along his trip as I have work's commitment over the weekends.

 

So anyone keen to join?

 

Am think of having a meeting for all tml's nite at 9.45pm at Mr Bean for a catch-up session.

just a suggestion. you might want to form khakis who also does shift work. Then, maybe you have a better chance finding someone who can ride with you on weekday.

 

Rest of us need to apply leave.

hhhmmm Speeding is common i guess. Me too mah haaa

 

But just abit suay to be clock by Msian police.

 

Should ask them to clock our top speed for us hor. :angel:
