Just renew my 1/2 COE for my 2006 bike.. Although some may say it is such a waste I have bigger plan for her when the COE dies in 2021.. As for now my millage have reach 32,000km and I would like to go for full inspection and service (no need top overhall). I have survey RaceWorks and Sporting Motors. Other than this two reputable shop where else do can you call recommend? Budget is below $1300..

you can try B2Werkz at bartley biz hub. Its near the kaki bukit autobay. Ard that mileage and lifespan of the bike, just go for valve clearance, cam chain and timing inspection/replacement. Can also do an electrical check (they have a guy who is a specialist in electrical works and wiring) for coil and stator condition. Cost wise back then for my old 09 was ard $850.

There seems to be some very strong rumours that Triumph will cease production of the Daytona for 2017 cos the engine isnt euro 4 compliant. The euro 4 regulations are going to be effective Jan 2017. As it is, Honda has already decided to kill off the cbr600rr at least for the european markets tho i might anticipate it being ceased altogether worldwide in a matter of time given the sad overall sales of the supersport category.

As it is, I think unsold 2015 & 2016 models are still available, but the question of spare parts availability might be a question mark in future. I dunno.

There might be a possibility that Triumph will update the daytona to a 765 model tho it may take another year or 2 before we know of that outcome. But it seems that a Street Triple 765 is in the cards for 2017. Given that the STriple & the daytona share the same platform, A Daytona 765 could be a realistic expectation. At least something to rival the Agusta F3 800 or the panigale 899. Granted it will no longer be eligible for world supersport championships anymore.
