Dun worry, to take out the rear is simple. It will not cause scratches.

haha. finally something i can understand and contribute. yups only 3 screws....if urs one piece like mine super easy. rider seat one screw and the other two at the side...the ones sticking out like frankestein head that kind....but remember to unplug the wires connecting the tail lights to the tail bit.

yup i tot ask him drill holes...but he say he will look fer me another tail...doesnt matter to me lah. anyway if get one which is not mouolded easier for him to spray also cos i want the tail light part diff colour from the rest of tail.

kopi kopi yes man. mid-end sept is good. provided i get my bike back. but think sure take quite long. change front cowling, tail seat, respray whole bike..polish exhaust and racing footpegs etc...

sigh...eh anyone know market rate to rent/borrow bike? rxz/k anything also can while waiting fer my bike to get fixed. plublic transport expensive la plus must wake up so early! :giddy:

Basically the reed valve, reed spacer & stuffers belongs to one set.

For aftermarkets they are mainly for maximizing / improvment of air flow. They allow more air & better airflow during throttle, thus i wld say better response & slight increment in performance. Stock's are restricted to open until a certain angle & material used are different. Higer end reed valve are made using cardon fiber. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Perhaps u can take a look at the link i've provided for a clearer pic of the above mentioned:> http://www.dreamgate.ne.jp/nsr/forsale/engine.html

Hope it helps.

For better response / smoother, do u mean performance like more bhp or bike to move smoothly?
