Need help to track this irresponsible uncle

Hi pple, last month a malay uncle with quite a few tatoo on the fingers riding on a RXZ or RXK accidently brush my R6 side tail causing a dent when all of our bikes are stucked in a que in between lane 1 and 2 as there is a jam ongoing at PIE near the Bukit Timah exit towards BKE exit. We ride to the road shoulder and he told me his brake lever break thus unable to brake during that time. I suspose the bikes behind me also shock as in the space is too small for a bike to squeeze thru but this RXK manage to miss all the car and bikes and end up hitting me.

 

He initiated to give me his number and i miss call him on the spot. I told him i will be going to the bikeshop during the weekend to get quote for the foot lever and the tail fairing. I got the quote in advance and was told around 800 to change the fairing. I sms him and he request for instalment payment and i agree at 80 per mth.

 

Next the problem start, first few sms he replied me and slowly it take one day to reply. When the promised Fri wanted to meet up at bike shop, he reply stating he need to attend court which i am very doubtful its real. Ok nvm postpone next fri. I texted him for 3 days no reply. I called and the line actually DC. Now i suspect the line had been cut.

 

I am definately quite fustrated and would need to ask you guys if u know this malay uncle with this hp number previously 93476691, ADDY or EDDY

 

And Addy, if u r reading this, i dun care you had change hp operator or lost my number or hp stolen or got locked up in the courtroom til today, u can PM me instead of running away with all excuses. I had been kind enough to allow instalment payment. I regretted for not getting down yr IC num...

Nope.. i totally forget but for insurance claim, it will be very complicating and i am need to pay for the process and the long waiting time etc etc.. i also heard the other party first got to agree with his insurance claim....

if you want you can make a police report. they could trace from the previous hp number operator.

always take down rider nric and bike number plate and take pictures with ur camera phone if possible. report the accident within 24 hrs. If it is eventually privately settled, you just need to inform your insurance company.

but sometimes when we are involved in an accident, many things are running in our mind & it will make us kancheong. then we will forget to note down their particulars everything. ive experienced it before. i always told myself i know what to do if involved in an accident. but its way different when ure in the situation.
