Hello to All, I live work and ride in Cambodia, its all here, forests, trails, mountains, ox cart tracks, beaches, sand, mud, Temples, a true Biker Heaven.

If you are considering coming here to ride, I can offer you free advice on;

Tours, routes, maps and GPS tracks

Bike Hire

24/7 Telephone support for dealing with locals if lost, need a place to stay, breakdown, accidents etc.

Budget Tour Planning

Camping out, or sleeping at Temples, free if you have a hammock, mozzie net and raincover

Guesthouses

Daily cost projections

Tips on coping with local traffic(chaos)

Tips on avoiding border and police scams

Danger areas

Websites to view, so you know what you are getting into

Guides

Mechanics (Expat)

What to bring, what to leave at home

If you ride your own bike to here, you will need to make some small modifications, ask me and I will send you a list.

It is illegal to ride here with your headlamp on in the daytime, but there is no law requiring you to use a headlamp at night.......dont ride at night here, unless you have a deathwish!

If you, or anyone you know wants some true adventure riding, please contact me either via this forum, or by e-mail on [email protected] or by telephone/sms +855 77 97 80 85

Hope to hear from you soon

Hope to hear from you soon

Is it possible to ride from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and back? And there are only scramblers available for rental? Nothing of the tourer sort - along the likes of Varadero, ATwins, Transalp?

Ample refueling stops along the way?

Hear from you or anyone who has been there done that soon. Thanks.

U can ride all the way to Cambodia with your new vara

Not that adventurous lah. Friend is based in PP now. Planning a family group tour with other mates to visit this friend. All will go Siem Reap for Angkor Wat, so am exploring a bike ride with another biker to and fro PP while tagging behind the tour bus with families.

So need to check. PP friend will also chk at his end. But heard all rental bikes are scramblers.
