Like take bike without the knowledge of the owner.

 

That way the owner in this case u can be safe.

 

but ur friend can get more charges, such as riding without valid insurrence, and theft.

You have to really careful here.

 

You are making a false report to the police which is a serious offence, and if you get caught, you will be behind bars longer than your friend

1 Get important people to write all sorts of testimonials

2 appeal to MP

3 get a lawyer whatever.

Yah.. in another word, he is riding the bike which belongs to the owner who does not have an insurance. But he is the named rider. So right now, he as a subrider, do have insurance and he is asking his license will be revoke and what is the fine like. Also, will the owner's license be revoke. Did i get it right?

its not about whether ur willing to bear it alone anot..ur fren will surely be dragged into it unless he had transferred ownership to u, or he claim u rode without his permission.
