how to clean off this oil stain? *pictures included" HELP!

try wd 40 first if nt try wax n polishing if still cannot use tinner

Can really confirm its oil? Looks like rust stains to me.

can be oso the petrol and rust cause it..

wah this is rust ah? it seems like the brown colour seep and stain under the laquer coating leh. so i wax also useless one

as i mention, maybe petrol and rust.. petrol "eat" up the laquer, then the rust flow from the top and stain it..

maybe can try derust solution..

try GT85.... doesnt look like rust to me leh... look like some stain.... try lor....

looks like the bike kenna neglected in the rain till rust stain.

high chance something is rusting above the area and the rusted thing drips water with rust particles and stained the frame.

 

Try leaving a rusted nail on the concrete floor. after some weathering, the floor will have rust stains too.

Just use petrol and lots of rubbing. It will go away

bro. the previous owner park in MSCP for 2 years leh. now also park in basement carpark so cannot be the ill effects of weather!

 

im thinking that its caused by excess petrol leaking from the fuelcock. but i have no idea how come will rust.

 

anyway got so many different suggestions on how to clear it off :/ i'll try them and report on whether the stain is removable!
