which bike shop doing third party claim?

hi bros/sis, any idea which bike shop will do third party claim..

 

for my case, it's hit and run by malaysian plate motorbike, so not sure any bikeshop wanna entertain this type of claim..

 

the amount is not big, but i really wish the bikeshop can claim the guy since I got the number plate and police report made.

There is a lot of shops doing third party claim.. Maybe you could go to a shop near your place so it is convenient.
