Hmm.. depends on ur luck already. Missing one digit is a gd thing hahaa. Maybe can't process the summon? If he forgets ur bike colour, make aft his tour of duty. Den congrats.

Chances are, the letter will come back to TS. If the wrong guy gets the letter, TP will figure out that the enforcement officer missed a number or alphabet on the number plate. If no one pays the fine because no letter comes, eventually the system will spit a court letter out for TS, and TS will re-tell the story to them. I'll be surprised if anyone other than TS pays the fine. We're not Malaysia after all.
