Just came home a while back from a 89km spin around Singapore. Got old times, good old rides...peaceful (:

Yesterday late afternoon had planned to go in JB for a bike wash and to break-fast, however due to the terribly bad jams at the Causeway - Woodlands Checkpoint...had to make certain detours and to avoid being trapped by a pool of JB 'kupkias'! Hahaa...

 

So I was thinking after having to filter through all that bad jam, out...away, far away from the roads leading towards Customs. Once I managed to succeed, I figured should I go home or roam around with my 2 wheeler? Ermm...it was almost 5pm, and I made plans to eat out. So I started roaming around and interestingly came by few roads, I never rode by before. Like seriously never! Hahaa...beautiful stretches.

 

To name some place, PSA Wharves (lots of black and white houses and beautiful ones too), they were some brick houses too...very unlike to find them around elsewhere. Came across, a road named, 'Pakistan Rd'!! There's a nice restaurant inside there called, 'The Ashram'! Should go they once!

 

The road leading towards Sembawang Park is a nice dual carriage road....having good views of the tall trees and people running and playing freesbies...and you find lots of harley's and cruiser bikes...all rode by ang moh ppl, probably due to the closeness of those Black and White houses i spoke earlier!

 

Managed take a leisure spin around and covered quite a distance about 70km odd! Rode all the way up to Sengkang, Hougang, Tampinese, Lor Halus....back to KPE, PIE...down to Balestier...through to Novena. After that, decided it was a good time to enter JB and went back to Woodlands!

Hahaa...good ride!
