the grease?

can. Got lots of spare. It comes in a toothpaste tube. Just take a Q-tip (cotton bud lah) and apply it onto your spark-plug cap, before you plug it into the spark plug. Apply a large glob. Really helps so far. Morning now I can start no more stutter like I used to have. From what I understand, the grease helps prevent moisture build-up in the plug cap area (not in the plug tip arh!). But make sure you get the correct grease. ITs supposed to withstand high temps (mine can withstand up to 450 deg C).

You guys want, just tell me, I pass the tube. I can show how to do it. Best used with new plugs. But I'm using my spare used plugs oso no problem. Think its a useful item for electrical bikes in rainy days. You can apply it on your electrical connectors and switches too.

can.

but make sure the bulb wattage matches.

60/55w if I'm not wrong.

Dun think can get clear headlights like the new Busas or Gixxers.

I had though about your idea, applying a clear glass or acrylic cover for the headlights, but that will require removing the glass cover and moulding a new clear cover. There is no stock clear headlight as far as I know of.

What I'm thinking of is a new blank saitao that has not have its headlight hole cut yet. Instead cut two small holes and fit HID lights. Macam Duc 999S liddat...
