What happen none reply you on the above ? where is yr current hazard light located? when is the new location you want to mount ?

If it is expose to open weather the a waterproof switch must be use.

I need to redo the wires i think. Cause now my right signal light is always on but not blinking. which bike shop or where can I do it?

thanks so much bro. any idea which fairing i should be taking out to check this manifold? and should i replace the entire manifold? sorry for the newbie question, cause i not too sure myself, but willing to learn. :)

U need to remove the carburetor inorder to inspect the manifolds. 1st Check if any leak of spark from any of the 4 cords to spark plug cap before taking carburetor out, could be other factor causing the plm.

Looking for a replacement windscreen for an 99 model Pan Euro as mines totally clouded up which affects visibility.

How much is brand new and where can I possible get it from?

Also would any of u guys have one used and reasonably good conditioned one where I could get it at a better price?

Appreciate any helpful replies.

Thank you. Dropped by FJT and I got a quote for $320 from them. Much more expensive that what I remembered a couple years back. After market ones, I can ship in @ $240 thereabouts from rifle.com. Considering the available options.

Also looking at a full respray, a 'quality' one(somewhat like the originals), shops quoting a starting figure $700, single colour without and detailing. Is this figure that's reasonable?

Hi, I saw a product on youtube before, used for polishing the cover of car headlight. It's quite amazing, can restore old headlight cover back to like new, clear condition.

I think if you can find similar products, you can save a lot of money. No harm giving it a try.

Hi may I know which shop quote $500?

For previous fairing bikes I've done, it's also around $700 for single colour (with non-original stickers).

I heard from a friend that car shops are much better at spraying, much higher quality and much cheaper. But you have to stick the decals yourself because they don't do.

if the cloudiness is not that bad and you plan to change, try polishing with autosol. No harm trying.try on small area first. it works wonders. an old tip from an old bird last time.

just for the benefit of those who might need these info...

just did some servicing at planet motors, ah chong...

changed my water pump, timing belt, left and right head gaskets and also bearings in the timing belt thingy : spent a total of $750... not sure cheap or ex but well, for a peace of mind i guess its worth it. i changed it because i not sure if previous owner did it before and recommended to change belt every 150000km, so change lor.

i'm a person who rather spend a bit more to be safe than sorry. cause u nv know if u have a super urgent matter to attend to and bike got problem, most sickening n irritating feeling ever. :)

one shop is goldhill spray painting located at ubi, beside planet motors area. i went over to ask for a quote and he said about $500 but he doesnt keep e bike there or do any workmanship on removing e parts. u bring e parts over, they paint.

another is ah huat from yeow motors located at amk area. he told me about $500 also, but workmanship will have extra charge, which is about $150 to strip n assemble back, i think. but he allows u to leave e bike at his shop.

another one is a private painter called henry. i not too sure where he does his work n stuff but i seen his work on my fren's bike. to me, its absolutely excellent! not sure his style of getting e parts n stuff but u can call him. he also quoted $500 plus.

Thanks! Goldhill is it the one right at the corner, beside's Planet? They always spraying expensive continental cars, even saw a Bentley and Maserati there once. Their skill must be very good!

My price of $700 for my last fairing sports bike was from Yeow also. I'm surprised he only charge $500 for ST, since I think ST got more to spray.
