Guys, I'm getting 340km & around another 50+km more on reserve on a full tank.

Almost 400km before my tank dries up.

Is that normal for a 03 model?

I heard that a 07model can reach around 500km including reserve....

 

 

 

Bah why bother? You'd be riding a Wave if fuel economy is your main concern!

Jus to check wi all expert here, I'm having this symptom...

 

When I starts the bike, the meter reset by itself...:slapforehead:

Both mileage meter 1 & 2 reset to 0, but ODO still remain...

Time reset to 1:00...

It happens twice already...

 

Is the battery going to retired soon ? Or what are the issues, master please enlighten....

 

It happen to me before I sold the bike to you. Therefore I went to little mah wanted to change batt..apparently after his check, he said the batt was ok and he juz tighten the battery connection and the problem was solved and it never happen again even during/after my hatyai ride...hope that helps...

taking the filter out is quite easy.. take out both fairings and unscrew 2 mounting bolts of tank to frame.. then can lift up..

Nope but throttle feels way way lighter.Got a new top speed at 222km/h.Last time was 219km/h.For fuel consumption,try reducing your CO level.Mine is set to -2 for both cylinders.You might wanna reduce by 5 first as I remember your's was +15 for both cylinders...

When (reaching certain mileage ?) or why (you felt something not right ?) u did a fuel injection cleaning...

 

Where u did it ? (Rosli ?) And the cost ?

NOT Rosli!I went Racewerks at Bukit Merah.This ASNU service actually ensure your injectors have even spray pattern for increased throttle response.Cos before that my bike feels a little draggy or laggy.I do feel a diff even though it's mild.I find that top end easier to reach...
