Currently it is short speculators' markets.

Many equity worldwide markets are starting their downtrends. They are reversing on their gains from the benefits of the past five years of US QE.

Unfortunately, Singapore equity has seen one of the larger receding tide. If it is any solace, Hong Kong and Australia are experiencing even greater withdrawals.

Ironically, the "safest stocks" which pay high dividends, are the biggest victims. They are treated almost like bonds and priced downwards accordingly.

I have already benefited from many other selling plays: joining the fray of selling AUD; selling emerging market currencies like Thai Baht; Mexican Pesos; selling of lots of gold and silver.

So, what might one possibly do now?

Sell the stocks which benefited from low interest rates (eg: property stocks).

Sell the commodity stocks.

Sell the pennies which are led downwards by the down tide.

Sell the thai/indonesia equities.

Sell thai baht.

Sell long-term bonds (yield curve steepening)

Have fun.

Yup, everyone's been doing that.

I aint no trader and cant follow the market so tightly.

looking to buy when valuations are not so rich, keep for longer term for my children's future.

Wish me luck.

Planning to leave a legacy for your children is a noble thing.

Good luck with your investment plans.

Moya is under going a proposed restructuring.... from Moya to MHAL, 1 for 1. Basically just a name change.

Wondering if this is a bad sign....

u still holding it?

Nope, i was quite contended with 2k profit by holding it for merely 2 months, so i exited.

Holding more cash just to be safe, and wait for a major correction.
