oohhh my.. I didnt know photography club exist in a bike forum. I ride a Vara 125 and I enjoy photography. My worries is I cant enjoy both hobbies at the same time as my photography friends dont ride.

 

Can I join you guys for a trip or so? thanks in advance

u missed one ytd, our very 1st one anyway.

 

maybe next time we can venture up north?

Aiyah now then i recalled man!!!

 

To take firework is u need to

 

1: Use Tripod (Not Kang kang method hor)

2: Remote if possible

3: Bulb Mode

4: Smallest Aperture F22 or F36 ( the smallest one)

 

So when is the next fire work??

- lowest ISO

- black card

- luck (wind condition & direction, timing of your shot... etc)

 

btw, u die die need a remote, else u will notice camera shake, ending up the fw trails looks like sperms... lol.

Next Friday for their grand opening.

 

I will check with my friend what time they intending to fire.

how abt coming fri nite if the details of the fireworks r confirm? wanna try shooting the fireworks again

 

Bro dont forget tripod hor!! need tripod.... kang kang method only work if you want to shoot something else.. muahahaha

black card is not for metering, but it is normally used when shooting long exposures, eg fireworks. when u want to capture nice long trails of lights, u expose the sensors. when u dont want to capture the scene during while in bulb mode, u use a black card to shield the sensor, thus no light will fall onto the sensor.

 

u can always ask our dear friend, google, for answers. he is very helpful.... lol.

Fireworks?? i did'nt know that man... ok, can.. do you know any place where we can go..like 'bikers only' can go to that place so we can have a good view.

black card is not for metering, but it is normally used when shooting long exposures, eg fireworks. when u want to capture nice long trails of lights, u expose the sensors. when u dont want to capture the scene during while in bulb mode, u use a black card to shield the sensor, thus no light will fall onto the sensor.

oh i see.. i never seen anyone done that before.. so it was abit something new.
