i'm running out of ideas liao but i ish dnt mind joining.

 

saturday? i'm kind of making saturdays my official shooting day

you folks should consider Orchard road xmas lightup

it's always magically walking along orchard rd during xmas festive season

 

for fireworks, don't waste your time photographing kacang puteh fireworks

best time will be during pre & final NDP & SFF (Singapore Firework Festival).

gotta practise 1st mah. if not come the big fireworks event, the shots still come out like sh!t

usually NDP, SFF offers several practice sessions before the finale

preparation is important ... mental & location

 

need to recce location & be early so chop the place. you can't go down on actual day and start looking for location ~ too late

 

mental prepared ~ you need to know the procedures well. be it black card, bulb, settings

becoz usually fireworks only last 10mins. there is no time to think or adjust once the fireworks starts

 

perhaps u could post your spoiled shots and let other experts to advise on mistakes & possible remedy?
