on the AFR

btw the PnP wire harness making i may have a supplier who can help. as in to create the connecter etc.

but need to talk to them more.

 

if the day comes, kaieiru need ur spare wire harness to do the sample. ie to disconnect the wire from the connector and create another connector to the montty

I am pretty sure the bike is stock standard. think i will need you guys to have a look to tell me what you guys think. Hope to get advice on a bike shop thats good with busas.

that's half of the story only leh.. my wire harness is only the female connectors (to plug into the ECU).. we need a set of male connectors too (to connect back to the stock harness).

 

it'll be best if your supplier can juz get us the connectors to both ends that acts as a bypass.. the wiring part should be alright, we can easily set it up ourselves.. :cool:

that's not the way to go leh.. the ECU plug are actually pins directly mounted on the circuit board..

about splicing to the stock harness - not really ok:cry: .. prefer not to.. yet to know from you guys on how possible is it for plug & play connection?

i'm putting aside 1.2k to be safe. so if that's ok with you.

 

plug and play harness as of now is still paper talk...

it seems highly likely is a clutch slave pump leak already, cuz as a closed system, the clutch fluid shld not reduce on its own. the leak is most probably happening at the clutch slave unit leaking into the front sprocket area, it'll get mixed up in the gunk from the chain lube, thus making it invisible to detection..

 

try opening up the front sprocket cover, clean the clutch slave unit and pump several times to check for leaks..

DIY to rectify problem maybe can lah, but I wont DIY for washing that area, I wash that part twice at the bike shop,

 

1st i dont have proper tools,

2nd i dont want to dirty my hands,

3rd i see them use petrol wash quite fast, so i let them do it even when petrol is not the correct cleaning agent. But its fast lah. :p
