making it thinner too much, will result in having your thighs red and painful when it gets too hot... be careful of how much you cut... if not like me regret. :sian:

 

I regretted thats why.. Cut my Fazer seat... then it look funny and make the "Doddie" very hot.. especially in the afternoon...

Guys,i have a question since most of u guys r shifus in tis..

My bike 32000km liao,got tick tick tick ticking sound coming from the right side of the engine..

Anyone knows wat the problem is?

Timing chain?

Piston ring?

Help!

It worries me so much..

cause by tensioner giving "way"

anyway always best to service that area everywhere 30k.

very common busa problem. its the cam tensioner . just change can liao. but it will be back to haunt u again.. to extend life of cam tensioner i woud suggest not whacking yr bike at 1 , 2 and 3rd gear too often

or get a manual cam tensioner..
