Because ZX14 clutch pump has a smaller piston, giving a lighter clutch lever pull.

 

On the other side of the handlebar, many riders use larger piston brake masterpumps for a harder, firmer front brake feel.

 

+ it is radial, thus a more linear feel. :p

what the difference between std busa grips and bmw's? is the diameter bigger?

i need bigger grips bec i hav big hands.. :(

Yes its much thicker and taller.I am also using them recommended through an ex busa rider.Lesser vibration too.Worth the money.Much more comfortable too.:cheers:

the material is thicker --> diamether bigger. but my personal opinions is that without gloves they are nice but with gloves they feel abit bulky. but diiff ppl have diff opinions. :angel:

Just another grip for consideration, Oury Grip. link. This grip is mainly for bicycle. However I had managed to install the moutain grip on my ex CBR1k. I used to have it on my bicycle and it is very soft and thick. Good for big hand. Just need to make a hole on the closed up side of the grip in order for the grip to slide in all the way onto your clip on. Should be able to find at any major bicycle shop.
