FYI, Sportsbike usually people refers to "Supersports" like GSXR, R1, ZX10 and suchs ... ... They do have OEM mainstand !

http://www.suzukihayabusa.org/forum/Smileys/default/iamwithstupid.gif

Hayabusa, ZX12R and suchs fall under "Sports Tourer", they are fast touring bike with mega endurance. They are like Concord Plane compares to normal commerical Plane. :p

Moreover, if you mix up Hayabusa as sportsbike and commented having mainstand is weird looking, I don't think you are qualified to say that ! Simply because you never fitted one before and then removed it. Look is individual.

Let me tell this ... many and many had reviews on Busa mainstand will cause ill effects on highspeed stability, corning especially and appearance like you said. I had put it on and tested it myself. I care less for appearance because my ride is full black, it can't tell. I had tested speed over 300 and everything is fine. I had fixed my mainstand in a unconventional way and tested all angle road bends without a single scrap.

So am I stupidd to fix one ??? :p

Don't say things and confirming it base on your guts feels and listen to coock story out there. Tested and then wonder you want share is up to you. :hungry:

icic... i didn't noe those bikes have OEM main stand... thanks for the info...

i understand that busa is a sports tourer together with blackbird. i find it wierd but i didn't say u're stupid to have one installed. it's on individual thinking. i can find a pic nice but u can have otherwise thoughts. i have yet read any review on the main stand but the thinking is just not there... to have a main stand...

saying it looks wierd is based on my own feelings so i hope u have no offence taken... i have heard it affects speed at 300km/hr and over but that's not the main issue i have in mind... in fact i have problems with my side stand...(a terrible experience with it on a slope....) hoping to get a better stand...

Anyway thanks for the guidance.
