That will never I am sure because I like to joke and I know very well how HKL practise their business operation. In fact, if you go tell the boss a secret code, you can get even more discount.

Thank you punk and kiriyama! Would check out the prices there... anyone here has the thing installed?

And is it just me and my bike or does all stock busas have an irritating arm numbing vibrations at 6th gear, 3800rpm?

3800rpm 6th gear???

I think the bike tells you "you are too slow".

Just kidding. I haven't noticed any vibration either.

Well.. that vibration only is noticeable when I'm travelling locally on the highway at nearly legal speeds. :cheeky:

The vibration seems to be gone when the RPM goes above 4000 RPM... but thats when the speed gets into the clearly illegal zone.

Would heavier bar ends help? I'm almost certain its the engine vibrations causing it.

Similar to pinetreemh, i've not really experienced such vibrations lately.

Althou there was once during my virgin trip up north (2 years ago); I rode up to Kuantan, i came back wif my both arms super super painful..

After tat i learned neva to put ur full weight onto the bars..

Hope this helps.

Well... I'm trying to find out more before committing to it. Do you feel the vibrations also? If no, then I would suggest you keep it stock.

Years ago, when the vtec CB400 came out, I bought it and changed the bar ends for vanity. Regretted because from no vibration to lots of vibration.:sian:

Thanks for the pointer. But I'm quite sure I did not rest my weight on my arms though. I ride fairly the same way locally as I do on long trips. Elbows bent with just the slightest weight on the handlebars to steer and control speed.

Durning long trips, my arms felt okay from one fuel stop to another. It is only in Singapore, at legal speeds that the vibration start to cause numbness.

Weird hor?

Not really irritating arm numbing vibrations but i just felt that at 140km/hr.. the bike/handlebar felt way smoother than at other rpm.. Any higher or lower speed than that and i could feel slight vibration

Hi all,

Need advice.

1. I've made the longest range with one full tank yesterday, 301 km when the reserve light on. The bike felt a hollow jerk like fuel is not being injected. Refill is 17.2 liter. And I thought busa tank is 21 liter...

2. I've also made a non-stop ride of 220 km and at 180 km and above the same feeling of momentarily black..split second..but enough to scare me to death...especially at left turn...long sweep and short turn...the same problem when I throttle hard at cruising speed of 160 kmh...

3. At 140 kmh, there a slight vibration which I called "my little gremlin" symptom. This happned to my previous GSX750F too. Wonder why?

Pls help...any input is high appreciated...Million thanks in advance...

(who just came back from Betong)

My odometer was 15K at that time....now it is 50 odd...note the date :)
