"We just had a big meeting last night about the bike

party. Everybody knows that people are concerned

about safety so there are lots of measures in place to

ensure it. On the 6th everybody is meeting at the

Sadao border at 2pm where all the bikers will be

greeted by the mayor of Had Yai, accompanied by many

tourist police, and accompanied by many Malaysian

bikers and of course, alot of us bikers from Had Yai.

The Ambassador of the Royal Thai Consulate at Langkawi

has arranged for about 400 bikers from his teams with

the road being cleared for travel for the convoy. His

name is Mr Dato Shazry Eskay (ph. no. +6019 3300 300)

and he has placed a diplomatic envoy agenda on the

program which basically means he is guarateeing safety

and pulling out all the big wigs to ensure biker

saftey. Please call him if you have any major

concerns and please pass on this meeting time to

everybody so we can all travel from the border

together. The party is also now being held in the

park which has gates and fences so all entrances are

secure and monitored and only allowed to registered

attendees. No one will be allowed to enter without a

pass. The mayor and Head of Tourism and the Chief of

Police who were all at the meeting have also

guaranteed that all areas of downtown will have

undercover and uniformed police on patrol and also at

the hotels were guests are staying. The theme of the

party is "Ride for Peace" and it is being advertised

as the major event for the revival of the South of

Thailand so it is in everybody's interests that

security is of the highest. Please pass on all

assurances to your friends of this. As for the

website, it will be operational by the end of the week

hey guys, saw this Yoshimura Fuel Management system. Looks kind of cool. any reviews or information about this toy? tried searching through the web but with not much luck.

Yoshimura EMS Controller is a stand alone unit that allows the rider to adjust the OEM fuel and timing maps to optimize the engine performance of their motorcycle. Adjustments can be made to over 200 different points on the fuel and timing tables based on throttle position and RPM. The controller also stores 3 separate fuel and timing tables on board, allowing the ultimate in tunability and flexibility. Maps developed by Yoshimura are supplied on the included CD-ROM. Communication is via an easy to use software package utilizing a graphical interface. All that is necessary to run the software is a PC running Windows 95 or better and an open serial port. Installation on the motorcycle requires only basic hand tools and about an hours worth of time. Because we use OEM connectors to plug into the stock wiring there is no cutting or splicing required. This also makes for a very clean and professional looking installation.

guy,i just change my brake pump to brembo master pump.jus nw when i was riding my bike,i was trying to test which tension most fit me by turning the adjustable knot,suddenly my bike start to slow down,the front wheel feel like wheel lock.i was unable to move the bike at all.i manage to unscrew a phillip screw at the pump,and the brake on my front wheel is undone.

Anyone know how come this happen?

hi, luckily ur brakes didnt fully lock hard ur front wheels, else it might be dangerous.

 

Did u change the master pump urself? Probably the bleeding wasn't do well, but you said u adjust the knob only, it didnt happen when u try to brake, does ur lever felt tight until u cannot brake anymore at that time when it happens? Anyway, suggest u go to a mechanic to reinstall the thing once more.
