Anything is possible so long as you hav the $$$. But the question here is how efficient will the custom made header will be in terms of power output? It takes hell lotsa research and trials to design and fabricate a system with the considerations of power restriction, flow and output which leads to the efficiency of the entire exhaust system. Just my 2 cents worth.

taking the measurement from a original header.. u go try loh... u don get loss of power u consider lucky liao... since 600-700 can get a yoshi header. might as well get from yoshi.. 100-200 more.. and with guranteed power improvement.. why go thru all the trouble.. the angle, width, length all play a part.. unless u have the knowledge.. forget it.. ...

u go see teh diff between street legal headers and race headers u will know wat i mean..

no even for 4-2-1 header.. u use ori header liek in yr pic to measure angle length diamenter etc... wont give u power increase don lose power consider lucky... the length of mid pipe, width

No. Yoshi dun produce 4-2 header as far as I know. Not many produce tat or in fact there's oni 1 in the current aftermarket, HMF. And for HMF, or in fact for any other brands in the market, they dun sell the header separately, u've got to buy the full system as a whole (correct me if I'm wrong). I can understand your intention of asking for a aftermarket 4-2 header in order to fully utilise the endcans which came with your falcon.
