Perfectly fine dude :)

For products that are released to the public, it's the manufacturer's fault if they leave their products as it is that allows people to circumvent their technology locks.

I'll advise you guys if anything is wrong so don't worry too much about it. At most it's just a simple editing-out of the offending post if really cannot have it here.

Need a bit of help - how does one get big videos out of an iphone? Anything above 371mb refuses to transfer via iTunes.

That's new to me...does it give you an error when you try to pull out the video from your iPhone (using iTunes)?

eek, I ain't no iPhone owner - would you kindly PM user "pureice68" and poke him a bit? He took a 1.2gb video of a huge convoy a couple weeks back and despite some google research, wasn't able to workaround iTunes' file transfer errors.

You do the poking...i mean recommendation la sis.

Don't want any member to stun and then go "why is this person contacting me all of a sudden?!!" :p

But on a formal note, a description of what he's trying to do exactly (like dragging videos, etc), and any errors that come out of iTunes...those are pretty useful for us to diagnose the issue.

Safari (mac/windows) allows you to extract embeded videos from youtube or other flash sites into a video format.

Transmission (mac/windows) has inbuilt formats that allow you to convert videos into iphone formats.

not sure abt the extracting of videos from iphone..

in God we trust... all others pay CASH...

For me, I use the DownloadHelper add-on for Firefox to extract videos from youtube 1st.

Then for the conversion, just use any freeware widely available. But I'm using eRightSoft Super video converter for any video conversion.
