spark 135, question rear brake from drum to disc system

hey people, i want to convert my drum brake to disc but i heard that the braking is not strong enough for spark 135 if we were to convert it.

Is it true?

any advise on this

Aren't disc brakes better than drum brakes? Why would they not provide adequet stopping power?

Why didn't they equip the 135 with front and rear discs in the first place? The Y125Z's brakes are awesome.
