can repair carbon fibre parts ???

i know carbon fibre can be relacquer, like bonnet if the lacquer surface dammage due to heat will have like bubble patches , this can be relacquer back rite ?? how about cracks and dents on CF bonnets ??? can repair ??

so , can carbon fibre parts be :

relacquer

crack repair?

dent repairs?

Can but not cheap. Depends on the damage as well.

if relacquer, most paint shops can do it after sanding, applying a few layers of lacquer to make it shiny again..

 

but if crack, there's only 1 shop i know if repairs it.. and it's not cheap..

Relacquer is quite common, as the lacquer on CF will "bubble" due to prolonged engine heat and sun.

 

But for cracks and dents on CF, i no sure already if can repair

Robson charges are quite exp, but i find thier workmanship quite good.

Good stuff not cheap bro. Sometime, also depend how much you paid for your CF stuff. If not too ex, sometimes it may be cheaper to get a new one.
