Help.. com crashs while playing game...

need professional help out there..

my com crashes 2 time while playing dota today..

its gav e blue screen..

i didnt notice e error code..

but only crash when playing dota..

other den dat its running fine..

any1 know wat e prob?

izzit my graphic card driver not updated?

The first place to look is at the blue screen itself, and what the error message is.

Under where it states "Technical Information", what does yours say?

Last time I had that I was running a (for its time) very demanding multiplayer flight sim on an AMD XP2000+ CPU that overheated forever in non-air con conditions.

 

Blue screens like these came up occasionally.

Usually its graphic card drivers or memory problems.

I like to boot up with windows CD and install over the existing Windows directory. Whatever's corrupted will be magically, overwritten with fresh, new files.

 

Most settings will be retained but programs need to be reinstalled.

U know there's nothing magical, and definitely nothing fresh nor new.

 

And usually this method will cause more problem.
