anyone with lawyers contacts

erm i got a case where someone owe me money from dealing with virutal items. now the person is trying to default payment though i deal with him before.

 

so if i would to go legally it would mean it might cost a bomb.

 

well saw in forum before some ppl when met in accident(touch wood), some fellow here offer lawyers contacts..

 

i wonder is it possible to talk to them(lawyers) and maybe work things out, if its the other party at fault chances charges should be charge against those owe me?(i suppose)..

bro must get lawyer that specialises in the field you need lah.. accident lawyers aren't as good or might not have the contacts necessary to hunt certain details of a other claim cases. For sure all lawyers know the law but not all lawyer have the contacts to obtain useful information

 

Let me know thru PM which lawyer you engaged and the costs can? I'm looking at engaging one to sue someone for selling me a fake exhaust and going MIA after that.

hmm archenemy intro the lawyer reccomnd me to go small claim court for my case. not worth the $ on it as the cost might result up to 1k+.. n small claim court i should say cheap..

 

maybe u can try calling that lawyer.. he seems helpful =D.. but quote singaporebikeforum u saw the number ba.. lol.. though he seem duno wat is this too though..

small claims tribunal.. but true lah.. the amount I want to sue that guy doesn't really even fit into the sub courts.. Think I'll go to the police instead.

need to do some formal agreement drafted by lawyer at reasonable rate. hope to get some intro. last time i know there is one at international plaza a fellow biker, but i dont have the contact now.

You need a litigation lawyer to do up a letter of demand.

 

But if the amount is negligible, like less then S$1k.....but you still willing to fork out few hundred dollars to do up the LOD.....then can recommend you lah.

 

Unless, of course, the various lawyers on this forum pm you their contacts already.

There are those heartless enough to go after the IC owner thru lawyers. I didnt think small claims tribunal does loan money issues. Arent they only doing commercial business transactions issues only?

 

There are those that LL, and when see that fella again, make sure the fella will never be able to walk again. Though sometimes, if you are not careful. It becomes that you cannot walk.

 

Let it rest for a while first lah. Think of $3k as 1 hour loss at Brisbane Casino. Or your 1 hour salary in the future.

can report police citing that the person breached trust blah blah and did those crimial thing???
