1. Accessory? haha ...yes it come with only 1 screw driver.

2. It come with 1 pessanger back rest. But if you are fitting a top box then the pessanger back rest will need to be dismental and be replace by the top box.

3. For me, I had replaced a GIVI box mounted on with the bracket. Requested it for free.

4. SYM scooter not easy to get extenal accessory. Not just in sg, but other country also facing the same problem.

I hope to get a taller windshield but I couldnt find it anywhere in sg.

Bro, there is another type of Givi bracket that can holds the top box without dismental the passenger back rest. You get to keep the unique backrest feature.

Oh? I didnt know about that. I had requested for them not to take out the back rest when installing the box but they said cannot be done.

1.Are you saying there are 2 types of brackets for GIVI box? 1 type can install box but not back rest and another type can fit box together with the back rest?

2. Did you install the box with the back rest on too?

Yah I have kept the back rest.

Complaint 1

While travelling, I noticed 'click click' sound on my rear tyre. The faster the wheel rotates, the faster the click click sound becomes. So I went to Mah for check up last week and the mechanic dismentled the rear brake and clean it then installed it back.

Today the 'click click' sound persisited and it is getting louder click then before. So I went back to Mah and was told to leave my Joymax there as it require for a thourough examination as they now suspected manufacturer assembly fault at the bearing,.

Hope there is nothing major.

Complaint 2

Mirrors vibrates while riding. Vehicle shown in the mirror becomes double vision.

Action taken by agent: parts replacement to be confirm.

Complaint 3

Chiped paint at the lining of the headlight.

Action taken by agent: parts replacement to be confirm.

Complaint 4

Mosisture appears inside the left headlight.

Action taken by agent: parts replacement to be confirm.

I had the same "tag tag" sound too. Think it may be coming from the exhaust pipe.

1. Yes they ought to address the issue because they are the sole agent and it is their responsbility to warrant any manufacturer defects.

2. The fatc that they are addressing the issue does not dismissed the fact that I had taken my time and had made several empty trips to them in order to get their attention. Rate their service? Ha.. 2 thumbs together with my 2 toes DOWN "l" !!

They had dismentled the rear and found out that it was the rod and bearing giving out the 'click click' sound as it has too much free play. They will be replacing a new rod and problem should resolved. I hope.

Hi July3773,

Nice pic taken. I had noticed my bracket and the plating installed on mine were similar to yours. I think if I want to install the back rest, I will just need to shift the position of the plate forward and the back rest will be able to fit in.

But I think if fitted with the back rest and the top box together, it will make the Joymax even longer as the plate has to be shift foraward. Therefore, it may increase difficulty when parking and balancing the bike.

Currently I will just do without the back rest. Tks for sharing.

Odeo now 1100km. I am hiting the 100km/hr mark and is slowly increasing to hit 110km and beyond.

Travelling at 100km/hr, the bike is still very stable. Do not feel stress on engine. Very comfortable even at 100km/hr. So far my throttle opening is less than 1/2 even at highway.

hopefully there will be aftermaket exhaust for Joymax soon.

Hi July3773, there is someone bringing in Italy GRP legal exhaust made for GTS200. You may want to check it out.

http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/showpost.php?p=6590011&postcount=1561

Maybe that could fit into our Joymax as well since both built of the scooter is 98% identical?

Would you prefer the Joymax windshield to be taller?

I would prefer it to be taller at least up to the eye level.

If anyone know of where I can get a teller windshield pls share. Thanks.
