I decided to get a yamaha rxz after i pass my tp in a couple of months..

Is the FC good? Does it creates problem?

What is the machine price of a 1st hand rxz, and what about a second hand rxz

Lastly I've been hearing about "standard mod".. what does it do to the bike?

Any replies are greatly appreciated, cheers!

It's a cheap reliable thing that's reasonably fast and maneuverable for your daily commute. It's been on local roads for... forever so no glam but dirt cheap spare parts!

Being a 2 stroke, it won't have the range of a Bajaj Pulsar but in return you have lots and lots of high-rev fun.

Advice on mods is.. don't do them. Master the stock bike, and you'll know what really improves performance and handling. Chances are, like me, you don't need to mod at all. (Former Yamaha owner)

Performance packages are like this - someone else tells you X configuration is good. Sure very fast wan!

Do you believe him? It's going to be his bike, not yours. Waste of money.

There are a number of so-called racing mods that worsen performance. Or shift the optimal performance range way out of sync with what you want for typical street/commuting riding giving you a bike that's easily trashed by Malaysian cubs.

I love the much older version of RXZ where it comes with square head lamp like honda MBX. Heard my fren told me that its good in fuel consumption :thumb: so long TS wanna have good FC, keep the carb as it is. Don't throttle happy, pick up gradually would be fine.

bike is a machine without soul, rider would inject new life and character to this machine
