Cheap 12V voltage regulator?

Am riding a KTM 2 with no battery. I assume it generates 12V AC. Doubt it has a rectifier to change AC to DC.

 

Am looking for a voltage regulator to stabilise the voltage so that it won't blow bulbs.

 

Anyone know where I can get one?

 

It's US$19.95 in the US. Is there something similar here? Perhaps at Sim Lim Towers?

how come no battery? it should have a rectifier cos i thought the headlight signal and all sorts even spark plugs are running in DC.

For old motorbike such as RXK/S, rectifier & regulator are separated into 2 different electrical components.

 

In New motorbike, this 2 components are combined into single components.

 

Why u need only the regulator ..........u dont want battery in ur bike????
