Left 0 point can still go for class 2?

Heres the scenario..

 

1/1/2009 got 2A..

1/6/2009 got offence -12pts

 

so do i need to wait till 1/6/2010 or can go take my class 2 after 1/1/2010?

u still can take class 2 but after u pass u r left wit 0 points also cos of probation. u have to be very2 careful not to have any points.

If I remembered correctly.

 

TS can still register for classes for his Class 2. But its up to the TP on that date to allow or disallow the TS from taking the test and getting his class 2 licence.

So long as on the date of TP riding test, U have 12 demerit points or more so that if u managed to pass the test, U'll start your probation from 12 demerit points, u are allow to take the riding test...
