don't bother to use the search.. since u can come into this thread called "hands on" it's there.. just that you go browse thru other thread go look for DIY pilot light and ask there..

yo bro, sorry no pic yet cos don't have spare relay to take pic of, as soon as i have one i show you kkk?

anyway you are right, no diodes are needed, have fun!

anther improved version coming soon, with front and rear pilot lights as well, no changing of bulbs either..

Thanks Bro, in any case the circuit above is only for front pilot lights only issit? Not for the rear yah? just to confirm  Also where can i get the relay? Any shops to recommend? :cheeky: I think the blinker can use the bike's current one and the wires and switch should be easy to get. Just the relay only....

The easiest way i think is to get a 2 fialiment bulb for your front signal light the low beam will be always on (Acting as pliot light) and the high beam will blink when signal light is activated.

But using this way the front signal light low beam will always be on even signal light is activated. Unlike mark_ng circuit when signal light is activated the pliot light will be switch off by the relay.

I do agree with you andy, that's the easier way,

but.

even though to just change to a dual filament bulb and a dual filament bulb socket will be the easiest way, have luck finding these items that matches your current bulb housing, and be careful of the bulb wattage you chosse, wattage too high and your socket and housing will melt, bulb housing melt nvm, socket melt you get a short / open circuit.

unless you are talking about changing the whole signal lights assembly?

relays can get from SIM LIM TOWER.

Yes, there are rear pilots lights too but in a different circuit, also using 2 relays only, but no time to draw out yet.

Blinker unit can use your current bike, but if you are installing hazard lights too, be sure that the Blinker Unit can support. . .

The relays are not inside your bike, you got to add it in yourself.

do not confused yourself with the complicated drawings.

you only need to know where is the wires of your signal lights, your blinker unit and that's enough.

sops normally will recommend you to change the whole signals assembly, meaning the housing, the bulb and the socket and wires.

another suggestion is to but those add-ons, another small signal housing and fixed it on your bike.

phew~ sit down here for nearly half an hour.. finalli digested that diagram of urs.. lol..

i like the idea of urs.. using a 1 filament bulb to do the job.. but i am afraid that my bike coil n rect cant tk it if the lites are on all the time..

so the 12pins relays.. how much do they cost?

For chopper a good chose will be steed signal light, Sport bike maybe RVF or CBR one.

But original signal light dont come cheap and might not fit in nicely.
